A Simple Idea Taken Seriously

Piqlbaq is built on a clear belief: younger generations across the Anglosphere are losing faith that they will ever own property. This is more than an economic issue. It is a social problem affecting stability, confidence and long-term opportunity.

Our long-term ambition is to widen access to property ownership through regulated real estate tokenization. If delivered at scale, it can help address one of the major generational challenges of our time.

Why This Matters

Property ownership provides security and shelter. It sits at the foundation of Maslow’s hierarchy of human needs.

Yet meaningful ownership has become harder to access due to high entry costs, slow financial systems and limited ways to participate in income generating property. Tokenization, when properly regulated, creates new ways for people to hold a genuine stake in high quality assets.

The Barriers Today

The core obstacles are regulatory, legal and political. Current rules do not allow mass tokenization or public marketing of property-backed digital securities.

To operate responsibly within today’s limits, Piqlbaq focuses on the following:

• Jersey regulated structures
• Assets that can economically justify tokenization, such as large commercial or Build to Rent schemes
• High net worth and self-certified investors, who are legally eligible to participate
• Secure, institutional-grade digital infrastructure

This phase creates the foundation required for broader participation in the future.

Our Long-Term Path

Our roadmap is clear.

  1. Build a trusted, regulated platform in the EU and UK.

  2. Expand into the United States through a compliant entity capable of Reg D and Reg S offerings.

  3. Increase the number of tokenized assets until the model can scale.

  4. Work toward a future where tenants, younger investors and the global underbanked can hold meaningful fractions of high quality property.

The final goal is a structural shift in how people participate in property wealth.
